If you cancel before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. For no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. For last minute reschedules a 30% fee will apply.

We understand that life happens, but please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service to accommodate other clients. In some cases, a late fee may apply.
